Anxiety often shows up when we try to control what hasn’t even happened yet. Racing thoughts, a restless heart, expectations that feel heavy. It’s like the mind is living in the future, while the body is still here — in the now.

But today is Monday. A fresh start. A chance to take a deep breath and remember that not everything needs to be solved at once. You can slow down, sort through your feelings, and choose to move forward with more kindness toward yourself.

May this week begin with presence. May you find space to quiet the inner pressure and simply welcome what you feel, without judgment. The now is enough. And so are you.
